Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the success of projects and support development teams
- Supervise, mentor and upskill developers
- Ensure technical consistency of developments and adherence to deadlines
- Estimate effort for changes and participate in work planning
- Maintain smooth communication with international development teams in English
- Ensure compliance with development best practices, quality standards and architectural principles
- Participate in implementing new methodologies and improving development processes
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Significant experience in Java development
- Technical team leadership experience
- Proficiency in Java / JEE, Spring Framework, Angular and/or Ember.js
- Knowledge of web architectures and service-oriented architectures (SOA)
- Familiar with development best practices (code reviews, software quality, CI/CD…)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
