职位描述
- 外包劳工管理：管理外包劳工供应商（包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等）。 Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management：Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.)
- 人才招聘与入职管理：监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程，确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性，以满足公司的人才需求。 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding：Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire Onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
- 组织目标对齐：与仓库管理团队合作，确保人力资源战略和举措与组织目标保持一致。 HR Strategy Alignment：Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- 绩效管理：参与绩效目标制定、绩效评估，管理绩效改进计划，并奖励优秀员工。 Performance Management：Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.
职位要求
- 学历要求：本科及以上学历。 Education：Bachelor’s degree required.
- 工作经验：具备仓库劳动力管理经验优先，熟悉外包劳工供应商管理，并具备谈判能力。 Work Experience：Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.
- 人力资源相关经验，有物流行业 HR 经验者优先。 HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).
- 技能要求：具备良好的人际沟通、谈判能力、团队协作能力及供应商管理技能。 Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
- 熟练使用办公软件（如 Word、Excel、PPT 等）和相关管理工具。 Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.
- 语言要求，需具备英语和普通话的语言能力，能进行有效的沟通和协调。 Language requirements: Applicants must be proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, and be able to communicate and coordinate effectively.
