Vates seeks a Chief of Staff to act as the CEO’s right hand, bridging vision, strategy, and execution. This is an operational, not administrative role; you will develop analyses, models, and recommendations for the Strategic Committee and contribute to the business plan.
Based in Grenoble or Paris with a fully remote option, you will coordinate cross-functional topics, build KPIs and dashboards, and help scale the organization as it grows beyond 150 staff.
