# Head concierge## Paris, Europe---25/06/2026**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Lead, support, and motivate the Concierge, Bell Desk, Valet, and Lobby teams* Ensure a warm, personalized, and impeccable welcome for our international clientele* Anticipate guests’ needs and expectations to provide exceptional tailor-made service* Organize transfers, restaurant reservations, entertainment, excursions, activities, and special requests* Develop and maintain a trusted network of high-end partners and service providers* Follow up on guest requests and ensure complete guest satisfaction* Foster seamless coordination with all hotel departments* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion* Oversee guest expenses, invoicing, and payments related to concierge services* Participate in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members* Ensure compliance with the hotel's quality standards and internal procedures* Represent the image and values of the hotel to guests and external partners.**This list is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned according to operational needs.****PROFILE:**You are passionate about luxury hospitality and personalized service.
