VATES is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as the CEO’s right-hand, bridging vision and execution. This operational role involves developing analyses, models, and recommendations for the Strategic Committee and taking ownership of KPI dashboards and investor reporting.
You will help design the organizational model, coordinate expansion initiatives, and enable rapid decision-making across the company in a fully remote setup with Grenoble or Paris presence as needed.
