United Way of Santa Barbara County’s United Learning Center provides free, small-group literacy intervention to elementary students, delivered on-campus at local schools using the Orton-Gillingham approach.
As a Tutor, you will administer pre-assessments, develop individualized tutoring plans, deliver structured multisensory lessons, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records while partnering with families to support growth.
