Language: French and English (fluent).
Work experience: 5+ years as Contracts Manager in B2B/B2G tech.
Maternity-cover 12-month fixed-term contract from early January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate client, supplier and partner contracts in an international context.
- Set standards for commercial and contractual proposals (subcontracting, consortia, ATPs).
- Support sales on currency hedging, payment profiles and inflation.
- Secure IP and insurance terms.
- Provide first-level export-control analysis with an external law firm.
Requirements
- Master's in business law, contract management or business school.
- At least 5 years negotiating complex technology contracts in an industrial or tech B2B/B2G setting.
- Solid business-law knowledge plus IP and public/institutional law.
- Agile in a scale-up.
- Export control and space-sector experience a plus.
- Fluent French and English.
