Your main responsibilities as a travel advisor
As part of a dynamic and committed team, your future role will involve various tasks carried out across two tourist information offices: Lagrasse and Lézignan-Corbières.
You are the primary ambassador for our region. With your in-depth knowledge of the area and its tourism offerings, you provide visitors with personalized advice, inspiring them to explore and immerse themselves in the local culture. You contribute to enhancing the attractiveness and reputation of the region, its heritage, and the Tourist Office. You independently ensure the logistical quality of the Tourist Information Points (TIPs). You are a key player in the organization's activities, including its interactions with local associations and its internal quality assurance process, as formalized by the Tourist Office.
- You hold a level 5 diploma or professional qualification in Tourism
- You are fluent in Spanish
- You also have a good level of English
- You have a category B driving licence and a personal vehicle
- Ideally, you are familiar with our region and our tourist offerings
- Ideally, you are familiar with and have already used the TOURINSOFT information database

The conditions of the position of travel advisor
You will be joining a tourism team of 9 people and a structure of 24 people in total (the Tourist Office runs an internal integration project which maintains the hiking trails)
- Your position will be a full-time permanent contract (35 hours per week with a 2-month probationary period)
- Upon your arrival, you will be offered an integration and support period tailored to your profile.
- You will interact with all OTI departments
- You will be working within our two BITs (Lagrasse and Lézignan-Corbières)
- You will required to work weekends and public holidays.
- Your working hours will differ between peak and off-peak seasons, depending on the needs of the department.

- You will be paid according to the CCN of Tourist Offices, level 1.2 conventional, i.e. 1895 euros gross salary (excluding benefits).
