As a Sales Associate in our Paris store, you will play a key role in our customer experience, assisting customers in exploring our unique product range and finding styles that complement their personal look. What you'll be doing?
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products that follow their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Encourage additional purchases through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Perform regular inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
What you'll ideally bring
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment preferred.
- Passion for premium or luxury products.
- Able to read customers' needs through their cues and body language.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 14 kg as part of daily store operations.

- Fluent French and English required; other languages are a plus.
