Fulltime Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Data Center infrastructure and operationsPerform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, storage, and network devicesHandle rack and stack activities, including structured cabling and labelingWork closely with OEM vendors for hardware support and issue resolutionManage RMA processes (parts replacement, warranty support, vendor coordination)Monitor systems and respond to alerts/incidents within SLATroubleshoot hardware issues (servers, switches, routers, firewalls)Coordinate with L3 teams and OEM support teams for critical issuesPerform OS-level troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)Execute firmware upgrades, patching, and hardware diagnosticsMaintain proper cable management, rack hygiene, and documentationSupport backup and recovery operationsMaintain asset inventory and lifecycle managementFollow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Ensure adherence to data center security and compliance standards
