- Directly reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, your main tasks will be focused around Corporate law as follows:
- Handle the Company corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investment, and other strategic operations in a substantive fashion (e.g., structuring corporate documentation, due diligence participation, negotiation of investment agreements, post-closing formalities)
- Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and its 8 worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local corporate law
- Manage our ESOP plans distributed to our collaborators worldwide and associated formalities
- Assist in developing and executing legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world
- Provide corporate advices to the founders and and different stakeholders of the company
- Proactively collaborate with the finance team and our outside counsels
- Your responsibilities may include other areas of business laws including legal operations
