Job Description
Finalité de l’emploi : Gestion de la comptabilité des entités STREEM INTERSERVICES et STREEM HOLDING.
Descriptif des activités
Gestion des tiers : Saisie des factures fournisseurs (1700 environ par an) Paiement des factures fournisseurs Facturations clients (130 environ par an) Lettrage des comptes - Immobilisations – 1 entité Gestion des fiches immobilisations (entrée et sortie du parc) – Faible volume Contrôle et cadrage du parc des immobilisations (compta & gestion) Banque : Suivi et contrôle des mouvements liés au CASH POOL avec les entités du groupe Cadrage du CASH POOL et des intérêts Saisie des écritures bancaires Rapprochements bancaires Arrêtés mensuels : Gestion des Charges constatées d’avance - Produits Constatés d’avance Ecritures de factures non parvenues/Factures à émettre Ecritures d’inventaire & clôture, Documentation du dossier de clôture Analyse des comptes Liasse de consolidations (remontés des flux) - Fiscalité Cadrage/Déclaration de la CA3 Déclaration des DEB/DES (mensuelle) Déclaration de la DAS2 (annuelle) /CVAE/CFE Liasse fiscale - Divers Participation aux projets liés à la direction comptable Rédaction des modes opératoires, procédure Traitement des demandes d’information de la part des autres services, entités, autorités fiscales, CAC,…
Candidate Requirements
Connaissances professionnelles requises : DCG 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle
