Our client, a major industrial player with multiple locations, is currently seeking an IT Support Manager to lead their technical services department. This position is a permanent contract based in Le Port, La Reunion.
In this role, you will act as the primary operational point of contact for the company information systems. Your main objective is to ensure the continuous availability and high quality of all IT and telecommunications services across various sites.
Core responsibilities include
- Managing and prioritizing all support requests for IT and telecom systems
- Maintaining hardware including networks, workstations, phone systems, and video surveillance
- Overseeing a large mobile and fixed phone fleet, including contract management and cost optimization
- Leading and developing the IT support team while coordinating with the corporate IT directorate
- Developing and refining operational procedures and performance tracking tools
- Promoting cybersecurity best practices and providing user training to ensure tool adoption
- Guaranteeing the security and reliability of all digital infrastructures
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in IT support, systems administration, and network management. You should be highly proficient in workstation environments, telecommunications solutions, and security monitoring tools.

- Strong background in managing large scale IT and telecom assets
- Previous experience in team coordination or leadership within a technical environment
- Proven ability to structure support activities and implement effective workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical staff
