As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our customers while actively contributing to the growth of our market presence.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers.
- Actively approach and acquire new customers to strengthen SmartSD's market presence.
- Identify target companies and key decision-makers.
- Manage and follow up on your own customer portfolio.
- Promote new SmartSD products to our customers.
- Identify sales opportunities by consolidating customer needs and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Customer Service and Logistics, to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Who are you?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have an interest in the security industry and video surveillance.
- You are experienced in remote sales.
- You have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- You enjoy challenges and are motivated by achieving targets.
- You are proficient in IT tools, particularly CRM systems.
- You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively.
- You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Understanding English is an additional advantage.
Technical product training will be provided throughout the onboarding process.
