Your Role
- Resolve customer questions and requests efficiently and professionally
- Keep accurate records of every interaction in internal systems
- Work to company quality standards and guidelines
- Represent the brand positively and ensure customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent French (C1 or above) and good English (B2 or above)
- EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
- Clear communicator and confident problem-solver
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Comfortable using standard computer tools and systems
