A growing digital consultancy is building out its data capability and wants a Marketing Analyst to become a go-to expert across its media and subscription clients. This is a founding role in the team. You’ll work directly with decision-makers and turn data into decisions that drive revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse audience, subscription and retention data to uncover growth opportunities
- Build dashboards tracking acquisition, engagement and lifetime value
- Connect behavioural and customer data to understand what drives conversion and churn
- Turn cohorts, churn and LTV into clear, simple insight, with one message per chart
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and see them through to action
- Agree shared KPI definitions so everyone works from one version of the truth
- Support clients on data quality and data structuring projects
- Coach internal and client teams on reading and using their numbers
You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in data or marketing analytics, ideally within product or marketing teams
- Advanced SQL used daily, including window functions and cohort analysis
- Strong skills in Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Hands-on web analytics and tracking experience, including GA4 and tag management
- Media or subscription experience is a real advantage
- Working knowledge of GDPR
- Confidence explaining data to non-technical audiences
