As a Field Representative Support VIE, you will support the local Customer Support team and contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for helicopter operators in Italy.
You will act as a key interface between customers, Safran Helicopter Engines' support organizations and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient management of technical and operational topics.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Field Representative in managing relationships with helicopter operators and maintenance organizations.
- Assisting customers with operational and technical requests.
- Monitoring fleet activity and contributing to the analysis of engine performance data.
- Updating and maintaining the customer database, including fleet information, operating hours and customer bases.
- Handling specific technical issues as they arise and providing support to the Field Representative in coordinating their resolution.
The profile we're looking for :
1) Education :
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
2) Skills & Experience :
- Strong interest in customer support and aviation operations.
- Basic knowledge of gas turbine engines, aerospace systems or mechanical engineering.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
3) Languages :
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Italian would be a strong asset.
- French is a plus.
