Dermocosmetics Expert Advisor in Bordeaux

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique experience
• Represent the brand as an ambassador with a strong sense of belonging
• Ensure product visibility and presentation: merchandising, verification of product placements and price compliance, in-pharmacy activations
• Collaborate with the sales team: monitor stock, anticipate shortages, report field feedback
• Train pharmacy teams: short training sessions on new products, advise staff and promote product ranges
• Share highlights on social media and embody the laboratory's digital image

Requirements

• Experience in dermocosmetic sales/advising (pharmacy, parapharmacy, beauty institute)
• Interest in scientific topics
• Knowledge of brands and the dermocosmetics market
• Training in aesthetics or cosmetics (preferred)
• Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
• Solid technical knowledge in dermocosmetics
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy
• Passion for advising, in-store activation and pedagogy
• Strong alignment with company culture and team spirit
• Energetic, organized and able to work independently
• Digital savvy and comfortable with social media
