  • Lead franchise supply reviews, providing key risks, recommendations and decisions to the S&OP process.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, including capacity, stock coverage, sourcing, lead time, shelf life and regulatory constraints.
  • Ensure supply readiness for launches, technology transfers, manufacturing changes and licensing agreements.
  • Manage planning interfaces with CMOs and licence partners, ensuring alignment on forecasts, capacity and production plans.
  • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to challenge demand, improve forecast accuracy and anticipate supply needs.
  • Drive planning excellence, including SAP IBP adoption, planning discipline and data quality.
  • Lead and develop franchise planners across sites, building capabilities, engagement and succession.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP and SAP IBP certification are preferred.

  • 8–10 years of Supply Chain experience in Pharma/Biotech, with expertise in end-to-end supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory and supply-risk management.
  • Proven experience working with CMOs, manufacturing sites and external partners, ideally including product launches and technology transfers.
  • Solid understanding of GxP requirements and pharmaceutical supply constraints.
  • Strong analytical and scenario-planning capabilities, with the ability to balance service, inventory, capacity and financial priorities.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated people management experience across teams or sites.
