Qonto in Paris is seeking a Lead Workforce Manager to own the global capacity planning framework across all Ops factories. You’ll set the methodology, maintain the consolidated budget view, and be the senior owner of BPO relationships at a strategic and contractual level.
This is a hands-on build-and-run role guided by the Head of Operations Enablement. You’ll design the model, balance internal and external capacity, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring service levels across markets.
