Our client is a provider of vital systems, they own and manage high quality properties and large data centres throughout the globe - that are critical to the digital economy! As providers of essential infrastructure for the digital economy, they have grown to become a large owner of powered sites all over the world. They are currently seeking a Technical Development Manager to join their team based in Paris.
What you’ll do:
- Overall responsibility for design delivery.
- Manage consultants and design contractors.
- Coordinate all technical disciplines.
- Resolve design issues and make key technical decisions.
- Ensure designs are coordinated, buildable and aligned with project requirements.
What you’ll need:
- Strong MEP knowledge.
- Strong Electrical understanding.
- Good construction knowledge.
- Data centre experience preferred.
