Exciting tasks :
- Design machining programs and/or modify existing ones
- Produce parts on numerically controlled machines (MAZAK)
- Assemble and adjust machining tools
- Inspect parts and detect malfunctions
- Carry out 1st level maintenance on machines
- Ensure and apply production control/self-control procedures
- Detect and anticipate technical malfunctions based on monitoring records, surveillance plans and machine self-diagnostics
- Analyze detected faults and correct them within his or her area of expertise. Report technical problems (by writing up work orders)
- Listen and provide technical support to operators on the various machines
- Compile production and quality indicators for his/her area of responsibility

Confirmed training: CQPM / Bac pro machining / BTS Machining of all levels of experience in NC turning or milling.
Technical skills: blueprint reading, ISO programming, cutting tool selection and machine set-up.
