Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute the Group's monthly management reporting for the commercial scope
- Collect and prepare data to support the Group's commercial performance
- Manage a team of 4 reporting analysts
- Contribute to the preparation, control and distribution of the monthly reporting, ensuring deadlines and data integrity
- Perform and supervise month‑end closing tasks for the commercial scope
- Calculate provisions (pharmaceutical taxes, royalties, marketing contributions, etc.)
- Ensure consistency between reporting and consolidated IFRS financial statements
- Optimize and automate reporting production
- Lead process redesign and tool deployment projects
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance, business school (ESC) or equivalent
- 5–8 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with prior finance/audit consulting experience at a Big Four firm
- Fluent in English
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with IFRS standards
- Proficient with office software (strong Excel skills)
- Interest in information systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required)
- Leadership, rigor, strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, responsiveness, team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

Demonstrates strong financial acumen with expertise in IFRS standards, management reporting, and team leadership. Proficient in data analysis and process optimization to enhance commercial performance and reporting accuracy.
