Description Overview
At Perrigo, we believe better health should be within reach for everyone. As R&D Category Leader – Skin Health, you will play a key role in translating consumer needs and category priorities into science-led, commercially relevant product innovation across one of Perrigo’s strategically important self‑care categories.
Reporting to the Senior R&D Category Manager, you will help shape and execute the category innovation agenda, lead R&D activities across innovation, product development and lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, consumer‑relevant, and commercially successful solutions that improve lives and strengthen Perrigo’s position.
The role offers significant exposure across brands, technologies and geographies and is suited to an experienced R&D professional ready to broaden their impact from individual product development to category‑level R&D leadership.
Scope of the Role
Innovation Pipeline Leadership
- Support the development and execution of the category innovation pipeline, grounded in consumer insight, scientific expertise, and commercial impact.
- Drive end‑to‑end innovation from opportunity identification through launch, leveraging digital tools, AI/ML, and external partnerships.
- Contribute to building a scalable, future‑ready pipeline that accelerates speed to market while ensuring scientific rigor and compliance.
