About the role
Chef de Projets Senior responsible for steering complex, cross‑functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
This role demands strong leadership, rigorous risk and budget oversight, and a proven ability to drive Agile practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning) ensuring iterative progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Control project budgets, forecast expenditures, and report financial status.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
- Required qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end projects in a senior capacity.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong risk management and mitigation skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e. g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Nice to have
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in the manufacturing or high‑tech sector.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and cost‑control techniques.
- Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
