Within the Investment Banking Growth team, you will contribute to the transformation of our sell-side businesses across Markets, Research & Sales and Corporate Finance, with a particular focus on Data & AI. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping steer transformation programmes, engage business teams and turn new AI and data capabilities into concrete use cases and solutions.
1.Programme steering and communication
- Consolidate key information across workstreams and help track priorities, progress, decisions and next steps.
- Conduct targeted research and analysis to support programme orientations and decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and syntheses for steering committees, workshops and senior-management discussions.
2.Business engagement and AI acculturation
- Help business teams understand how data and AI solutions can support their activities and workflows.
- Collect user needs and feedback, and translate them into relevant analytics, AI use cases or functional requirements.
- Support testing, training and knowledge-sharing activities around new solutions.
3.Initiate delivey
- Deliver specific analyses, prototypes, tests or project outputs in collaboration with business, data and technology teams.
- Contribute to topics spanning data analytics, visualisation, AI-enabled workflows and AI engineering.
The role is based in Paris or Frankfurt while collaborating with international teams across Europe and Tunisia.
