Head of Research & Impact — Remote, 4h CET overlap in Paris

NOVAH (No Violence At Home) seeks a Head of Research to lead evidence-based show production and evaluation. You will design formative and summative research, test messages, and assess audience responses to drive program decisions with creative partners.

You will personally run multiple research cycles per season, translate findings into actionable insights, and ensure ethical safeguards across fieldwork in diverse settings.
