TherolewillfocusprimarilyonITOMDiscovery,CMDBandITSMintegration,withminimalinvolvementinServiceMapping.
TheRole
- Implement,configureandoptimiseServiceNowITOMDiscoveryacrosson-premisesandcloudenvironments.
- DesignandmanageMIDServerarchitecture,Discoveryschedules,patterns,probes,sensorsandcredentials.
- ImproveCMDBaccuracy,healthandgovernance,includingCIidentificationandreconciliation.
- SupportintegrationbetweenITOMDiscoveryandcoreITSMprocesses.
- TroubleshootDiscoveryissuesandimproveinfrastructurevisibility.
- Collaboratewithinternationalstakeholdersandoffshoredeliveryteams.
Skills&Experience
- 5+yearsofhands-onServiceNowexperience,includingatleast2fullITSMimplementationsinamulti-countryenvironment.
- Atleast1end-to-endITOMDiscoverydeployment,coveringon-premisesandcloudinfrastructure,MIDServerdesignandCMDBreconciliation.
- StrongknowledgeofITOMVisibility,includingDiscoverypatterns,probes/sensors,credentials,schedulesandMIDServerclustering.
- ExperiencewithCloudDiscoveryacrossAWS,AzureandGCP,includingserviceaccountconfiguration.
- StrongunderstandingofCMDBHealth,Identification&ReconciliationEngine(IRE),CSDMprinciplesandCMDBgovernance.
- SolidITSMknowledgeacrossIncident,Problem,Change,Request,ServiceCatalog,KnowledgeandSLAManagement.
- ExperiencewithServiceNowplatformfundamentals,includingGlidescripting,JavaScript,FlowDesigner,UpdateSetsandinstanceupgrades.
Primarilyremote,withoccasionalonsitevisitstoclientlocationsacrossFrance.
