About Us
Founded in 2018, Napta offers a SaaS solution for staffing optimization and skills management, designed for consulting firms and IT services companies.
We operate in a €500M+ market that has been underserved for too long, and our traction speaks for itself: 150+ clients including EY, KPMG, BDO, Onepoint, Simon Kucher, Sopra Steria, Expleo, 60 team members, and €10M raised to fuel our European expansion.
We operate as an international business and work only with large accounts. Our three core markets (France, the UK, and DACH) are complemented by a growing client base across Europe, and our trajectory reflects it: 40-50% year-over-year growth, consistently.
The DACH region is our fastest-growing international market, and for good reason. We’ve already won the trust of household names like Roland Berger, Simon-Kucher, Codecentric, Star Cooperation, and Grant Thornton, proving that the most demanding firms in the region choose Napta. Our ambition is clear: become the European leader in staffing optimization within 3 years, and DACH is central to that story.
Your Role at Napta
As Business Development Representative (DACH), you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Your main goal: generate as many qualified opportunities as possible for our DACH Account Executive, Sebastian, who launched the region and oversees the full sales cycle.
You’ll work closely with Sebastian and the rest of the Sales team to identify, engage, and qualify the right prospects, and help make Napta a benchmark in the German-speaking market.

- Collaborate with your AE to refine messaging, sequences, and go-to-market strategy
