Murex is seeking an experienced IT technician to independently support users and resolve incidents. You will install and support Windows 11 workstations, devices and Microsoft 365, and support Intune and SCCM managed devices.
You will work with identity/security technologies and remote-access solutions, coordinating with specialist teams and vendors. You will contribute to documentation, participate in migrations and upgrades, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
