The Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa is looking for friendly, enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. Set within a beautifully preserved historic village, our 28-room boutique inn offers a unique guest experience where personalized service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality make all the difference.
We're looking for people who are warm, polished, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping others. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience-welcoming visitors, helping them discover everything our property and the Brandywine Valley have to offer, and making sure every stay feels special.
What You'll Do

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with booking requests

Provide personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences throughout the Brandywine Valley

Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns promptly and thoughtfully

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and handle front desk transactions

Keep the lobby and front desk areas organized, welcoming, and guest-ready

Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to make every stay memorable
What We're Looking For

Comfortable using computers and learning hotel reservation systems

Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred, but not required

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
