Mistral is seeking a People Tech & Analytics Lead to own the HR tech stack and drive data-driven decision making across the people function. You will shape the roadmap for HRIS, integrations, data architecture, and analytics while automating processes with our models and agents.
You will lead a small team and collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and HR operations to ensure compliant, scalable systems and actionable insights for hiring, growth, retention and rewards.
