Merge is seeking a hands-on Compliance Lead to govern regulatory compliance for EMI/CASP activities. You will build and maintain an AML/CFT framework, policies and procedures reflective of the CASP model while partnering with regulators and auditors.
The ideal candidate will have fintech start-up experience, familiarity with MiCA and EU regulation, and the ability to own the function end-to-end, including STR/SAR reporting and regulatory filings.
