Responsibilities
- Manage building works: identify needs for fit‑outs, renovations or restorations
- Ensure the good condition of the property portfolio: carry out regular inspections of stores
- Ensure regulatory compliance for establishments open to the public (ERP): prepare safety commissions and organise required regulatory inspections
- Serve as the local technical contact: support store managers and coordinate the various contractors and stakeholders
Requirements
- Higher education diploma (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in building/construction, maintenance, civil engineering or technical operations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in multisite maintenance, property/asset management, facility management or within the retail environment
- Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate building works
- Good knowledge of regulations applicable to establishments open to the public (ERP)
- Autonomous, organised and responsive
- Proficiency with a CMMS (GMAO) is a strong asset
