A Day in the Life
You will join the CISO Office & Transformation Team within Beauty Tech, part of a global community of over 2,000 Tech Experts worldwide across 40+ specialisms.
Reporting to the CISO Office & Transformation Lead, your mission is to serve as a strategic partner to the Group CISO, driving governance, performance, and cyber resilience.
- Frame cybersecurity priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive communications for the Group CISO.
- Shape and implement the cybersecurity strategy, addressing key topics such as AI, cyber resilience, and the evolving threat landscape.
- Develop high-level position papers, executive briefings, and presentations for the Group CISO and Group CIO to present to the Executive Committee (Com Ex) and the Board.
- Steer the Cybersecurity Portfolio and Roadmap, tracking core IT operating model delivery and digitalised processes.
- Drive change management and new ways of working across the organisation, with a dedicated focus on embedding AI in cybersecurity.
- Animate the global cybersecurity community through targeted training, development, and team engagement initiatives.

- Cybersecurity Acumen: Practical understanding of cybersecurity concepts, with the ability to engage technical teams and translate topics for non-technical stakeholders.
