Linum Consult’s client, an international fit-out contractor, is seeking a bilingual French & English Construction Manager with a background in industrial fit-out projects to join their team in Paris, France.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and programming work efficiently, ensuring necessary resources are in place and establishing the sequence and timing of operations for work completion
- Providing input into the preparation of estimates and tenders, including site visits
- Adhering to Safety First Guiding Principles
- Implementing production and commercial procedures across all projects
- Ensuring the implementation of all company safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures, maintaining statutory compliance across all projects
PROFILE
- At least 3 years’ experience in construction management
- Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar subject
- Demonstrable experience in planning, programming, and executing construction projects
- Background in fit-out/interior works within an industrial building environment is highly preferred, e.g. pharmaceuticals, data centres, etc.
- Good knowledge of construction procedures, contract law, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, organisational, time-management, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and in French
- The right to live and work in the EU
