Limagrain is seeking a Customer Service Manager based at the La Ménitré headquarters, 35 minutes from Angers and 30 minutes from Saumur. You will report to the Global Customer Service Director and lead a team of 10 permanent and 2 fixed-term staff, driving professional growth and a culture of excellence.
You will oversee end-to-end order processing, invoicing and payment collection, resolve issues, and implement the company strategy with IT, safety and service quality projects.
