What's the job
Ce rôle est essentiel pour optimiser les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de Kingfisher, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient efficaces, rentables et alignées sur les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise. Le candidat idéal sera un moteur de transformation, capable de stimuler le changement,de travailler au-delà des cultures etainsi obtenir des résultats End to End tangibles
- Intégrer les besoins de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans les décisions produitpour maximiser la disponibilitéproduits,tout enoptimisant les stocks etréduisant les coûts.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre desactions d’améliorations continues, afin de renforcer l’efficacité et la performance de la chaîne d’approvisionnementde bout en bout.
- Développer des partenariats stratégiques au niveau mondial, en collaborant avec fournisseurs,bureau de sourcing, équipesproduit etachat etnosenseignes de vente
- Agir comme un catalyseur interculturel, en anticipant et résolvant les problèmes opérationnels tout en maintenant l'engagement des parties prenantes à chaque étape.
- Repenser les pratiques existantesen proposant des solutions innovantes capables de dépasser les attentes des clients en constante évolution.
- Piloter le changement en menant des projets de bout en bout, avec des plans de contingence solides pour prévenir et gérer les perturbations.
- Apporter votre expertise et votre influencesur tous les aspects de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour devenir un partenaire clé et de confiance dans toutes les activités de l’entreprise.

What we offer.
