Your opportunity
In coordination with Kering Talent and Development teams, you will
- design and lead the implementation of Balenciaga global people development and engagement strategy creating the conditions of sustainable high performance.
- develop the attractiveness of Balenciaga as an employer of choice (externally internally).
How you will contribute
- With the Kering Group and House global HR community and in strong partnership with business leaders, you craft, manage and sustain large scale initiatives in talent attraction, selection, onboarding, learning, performance, career, employee engagement, inclusion and diversity.
- You guide Regional HRDs in building and delivering people development initiatives to create competitive advantage for the House.
- You ensure the perfect execution of the various campaigns at Group and Brand level: performance, talent, eLearning, listening survey.
- You lead for the House, both Group and Balenciaga specific change management initiatives.
- You perform benchmarks, data analysis, insights to feed the HR strategy.
Who you are
- Experimented in people development and engagement topics in fashion luxury or premium retail industry with a previous experience in a global HR team or in a multi country, multicultural environment
- Able to articulate a helicopter view with day to day operational activities
- An influencer and a solution finder, curious with an appetite to learn and the ambition to excel in what you do
- A good project manager engaging people to deliver results
- Good at juggling data and like to promote your ideas via impactful presentations
- C1 level in English
- HRBP experience is a plus
