In a context of data and digital transformation, we wish to strengthen our data system in order to: • Improve customer knowledge (360°) • Valuation of data for the benefit of distribution networks • Industrialize the uses of data & AI • Modernize data platforms We are looking for a Senior Data Project Director capable of leading these strategic challenges.MISSION • Manage a portfolio of strategic data projects • Ensure alignment between insurance business challenges and data solutions • Supervise the implementation of solutions • Structure and industrialize data processes (quality, lineage, modeling)Responsibilities • Defining and managing the data roadmap • Scoping data projects • Coordinating teams • Implementing governance • Budget management and reporting • Risk management (compliance, security)Expected deliverables : • Data roadmap (12–36 months) • Data governance framework • Data quality and performance indicators • Executive reporting • Facilitation of meetings (steering committee, monitoring committee, etc.)Desired Profile • ≥ 10 years of IT/Data experience and experience managing complex data projects • Proven experience in the insurance sector • Experience with transformation programs • Ability to interact with Business Units • Analytical and results-orientedApplication: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to contact@keoni.fr #J-18808-Ljbffr
