Main Responsibilities: • Assist the Litigation business process lead in monitoring and coordinating the work. • Analyze the platform's impact on processes, organization, and business practices. • Formalize target processes, operating methods, and procedures. • Produce change management deliverables. • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and provide user support. • Contribute to project management, impact analyses, recommendations, and decision-making support.
