You will be the main contact for our customers on a dedicated channel (internal, EU, Export, UK) and manage their orders from receiving to delivery, ensuring excellent service while collaborating with Paris and San Francisco teams. The role requires strong English and French, solid MS Office skills (Excel mandatory) and a proactive, organized approach.
