- Answer questions on orders, delivery, perfumes and sizes, from 2 ml, 5 ml and 8 ml vials to the 30 ml bottle on most perfumes.
- Recommend perfumes with real expertise, drawing on a catalogue of more than 1,000 originals.
- Turn tricky cases into happy customers with calm, creative problem solving.
- Share customer feedback with the team so products and processes keep improving.
- Keep the help centre in your language accurate and easy to read.
