• Manage employees from an HR perspective (staff, supervisory personnel and managers)
• Hiring new employees, onboarding files, drafting employment contracts (CDI, CDD)
• Enter data into IT systems, including tracking and processing variable elements
• Salary benchmarking and compensation grading
• Management of unfitness for work (occupational health cases)
• Creation and management of disciplinary files
• Organization and filing of personnel records
• Support management in responding to the needs of internal clients
Requirements
- University-level degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Payroll
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role or industrial environment
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and eTime systems
- Good command of English is a plus
