What you will do
- Complete negotiation and redlining exercises involving acquisition agreements.
- Assess legal reasoning in model responses and provide precise corrections.
- Develop objective scoring criteria for transaction-document tasks.
- Improve examples and review guidance with other specialists.
Required background
- An ABA-accredited JD and active admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- At least two years in a corporate law firm’s M&A department.
- Familiarity with asset-purchase and share-purchase agreements.
- Strong analytical writing and experience collaborating across disciplines.
Preferred background
- Private-equity work or prior exposure to legal technology, AI or training.
Availability
- Remote, part-time task work. Indicative effort is approximately 3.5 hours per task; this is not an hourly pay promise.
