Create insurance cases that test how well AI applies industry principles to underwriting, claims and risk decisions.
What you will do
- Develop questions and case studies covering policy interpretation, underwriting, claims, risk assessment, regulation and actuarial concepts.
- Evaluate generated answers against accepted insurance practice and explain inaccuracies.
- Refine case difficulty and evaluation criteria with other reviewers.
Required background
- A bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated work in insurance operations, underwriting, claims or risk assessment, with knowledge of insurance products and practice.
- Strong analytical judgment, careful attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred background
- Several years in insurance, ideally across multiple lines of business.
- Experience with industry publications, regulatory work or insurance technology.
- A relevant designation such as CPCU, CLU, ChFC, ARM or AINS.
- Familiarity with AI or other technology used in insurance.
Availability
- Remote and asynchronous; agree availability before starting.
Pay and engagement
- $84/hour
- Amounts are in USD.
- Your hourly rate and scope are agreed before work begins.
