Job Description
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a patent paralegal whose main responsibilities are as follows:
- You will be in charge of independently handling the administrative management of one or more client portfolios for the entire patent process.
- You will work closely with the engineer in charge of the file and follow their professional guidelines.
- You will be the main administrative contact for the clients you manage.
More specifically,
- You will take care of the first FR, EP, PCT, and national filings, priority-based extensions, and national phase entries in all countries.
- You will be responsible for the administrative management of all office notifications and will follow the entire examination process in all countries up to and including grant.
- You will also handle the validation of granted European patents.
- Finally, you will be in charge of reporting and invoicing your cases to the client.
This position is to be filled at our Paris office.
Profile
- Level Bac +2/3, graduated with a BTS, DUT, or professional bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance or Legal Assistance
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar (legal) role
- Advanced English required
Salary based on profile
- First interview with HR, then a second with the Patent Administrative Manager.
Temporary contract (6 to 8 months),
Paris, occasional remote work
Salary: 25 to 35 K€
