Description
Our client, Oakland County, Michigan (OAK), is looking for a Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
Tasks
- Data analysis
- Writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions
- Conducting research
- Creating procedures to improve the existing systems
- Providing training and support to users
- Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
- Applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project
- Ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
Environment: Service Now, Webex Calling, Microsoft 365, Clarity, Imagicle, OKTA
Skills Required
- 5+ years - Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- 5+ years - Data analytics experience
Skills Desired
- Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals
- Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience
