Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operation and management of Tanium platforms for our clients
- Perform recurring activities related to Asset Management, Patch Management and vulnerability management
- Ensure adherence to service commitments (SLAs, quality, timelines)
- Oversee the handling of requests, incidents, changes and recurring operations
- Analyze malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Produce operational deliverables and associated reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience with the Tanium platform
- Strong proficiency with Tanium modules related to Asset Management and Patch Management
- Knowledge of enterprise Windows environments and large-scale endpoint/asset management
- Proficiency in software deployment processes and update management
- Good understanding of workstation and server security concerns
- Fluent English required (written and spoken) to operate in an international context
