Account Director, New Business | Global FinTech SaaS Vendor | Paris (Hybrid)
I’m working with a global FinTech SaaS vendor whose platform is used by Finance teams at some of the world’s largest organisations. They’re growing their presence in France and are looking for a new business Account Director to open up untapped markets.
This is a genuine hunter role. You’ll own your territory, build your own pipeline and win net-new logos, working closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Alliances to get deals over the line.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, partner referrals and marketing leads
- Running complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with CFOs and senior Finance stakeholders
- Leading discovery, building tailored business cases and managing proposals through to SaaS agreements
- Forecasting accurately and keeping a clean Salesforce
What they’re looking for:
- 5-10+ years in B2B sales with a strong new business track record (high-potential candidates with less experience will be considered)
- Consistent quota over-achievement through net-new acquisition
- Confidence engaging C-level stakeholders
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar
- SaaS experience, ideally within CPM / EPM or financial software, is a real advantage
- Comfortable with up to 50% travel
The package:
€100,000 - €120,000 base, plus variable compensation and benefits.
